How Do I Knowthat It Is Safe Placing An Order Online?

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

a) Credit Cards / Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, except for American Express.
b) PayPal: If you have a PayPal account and feel comfortable making the payment through your PayPal account, simply email us on [email protected] and we will send you a PayPal request. c) Bank Transfer: We are happy to accept bank transfers. This method of payment safeguards both parties of the transaction and is a very convenient method for high-value transactions. How Long Does It Take For The Refunds To Reflect In My Statements?
Depending upon the payment method used, it can take 8-10 working days for the refund to appear on your bank/card statement. Wire Transfer and Personal check payments are refunded via Company Check. The processing of the replacement order can take up to 2-3 weeks depending upon the design. Please refer to our 60 Days Return for more information.
Will I Get Vat Certificate For Tax Refund?
Value Added Tax (VAT) is applicable for all orders placed on our website. All the prices displayed are inclusive of VAT. The VAT Retail Export Scheme allows the VAT amount to be reimbursed to customers when they purchase goods in the EU and then export them outside the EU. However, orders from Abelini are ineligible for the VAT Retail Export Scheme because Abelini is an internet-based mail-order company and is ineligible to participate.
Am I Eligible For A Vat-free Purchase?
VAT (Value Added Tax) is collected for all shipments within the European Union. We use Royal Mail for all items delivered within the UK. For international buyers we use Royal Mail (International Signed For™) or (Airsure®). These methods of shipment are fully insured against losses, damages, and theft in the event of shipment.

Do you have more images than the ones on the Website?
Unfortunately no, as we are made to order we are very limited in terms of images. However, we are happy to check measurements or further requirements for you.
I placed my order, can I still change the ring size?
We do not recommend changing the ring size after we start the manufacturing process, however we can check the possibilities for you. It is important to note that there might be a price difference associated depending on the ring size you would like us to change. Additionally, as the manufacturing process has commenced, any alterations may result in a slight delay in the delivery of your order. For further assistance and information on how to proceed with making changes and assessing the feasibility of adjusting the ring size, please don't hesitate to contact us.
I want to add engraving on my ring. How can I proceed with this?
We can engrave the rings for you. It will be an additional £59. The maximum number of letters that can be engraved is 13 but it also depends on the font style you select.We recommend getting the engraving done after the ring has been tried on, as once the engraving is done the ring becomes bespoke and is non returnable. For further information with engraving options, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.
I haven’t received a tracking number yet, but my order is estimated for tomorrow.

Why are you so much cheaper than highstreet shops?
We can offer a better price as we are a made-to-order company and we produce in house. That means instead of selling to the wholesaler we sell directly to you, which makes a big price difference.
